Associates

CAI Associates are individuals, organizations or Centers of Excellence (COE) from which Innovation Teams are formed to meet customer needs. Associates have priority to participate in all new CAI efforts as well as providing Secondees to teams. Associates are also allocated a larger number of seats on the CAI Engagement Board where they serve on a rotational basis. Associate membership requires demonstrated performance on one or more CAI projects. The CAI is currently considering applications for Associate status.

Affiliates

CAI Affiliates are individuals, organizations or Centers of Excellence (COE) with specific niche capabilities brought in for specific projects and programs to meet customer needs. Although Affiliates are allocated positions on the Engagement Board, they are elected to serve. Affiliates who successfully contribute to one or more CAI efforts can apply to become full Associates. The CAI is currently accepting applications for Affiliate Status.

Non-Disclosure Agreement Partners

NDAs are executed with all interested parties as a means to explore potential participation in the CAI and its projects while protecting the intellectual property rights of participants. Executing a CAI NDA include a potential participant in the development and exploration dialogue.

Bluedrop Performance Learning Inc.

Bluedrop is a publically traded Small Business founded in 1992 as an innovator in effective workplace learning for individuals, corporations, the military, and the public sector. For over 20 years Bluedrop has been designing and developing learning and training solutions. Its experience includes the full range of courseware design and development, through to low-cost high fidelity simulation. Through the development and implementation of pragmatic learning technologies and content, Bluedrop improves opportunities for individuals and the overall performance of organizations. The Bluedrop Defense and Aerospace Unit is a recognized leader in producing mission critical training solutions for defense, aerospace, and security organizations. They provide custom online courseware, virtual training devices, virtual learning environments, and virtual reality simulation for international military, security, government, and commercial clients. Frontier Systems Integrator (FSI)

FSI is an Alaska Native company and a 8(a) program graduate. FSI has experience providing Security, Facilities Management, Engineering, and Operations & Maintenance services to DARPA Headquarters, Department of State, FEMA Federal Support Center, and others. FSI possess a Department of Defense Top Secret (TS) Facility Clearance with TS cleared personnel on its management and operational teams. FSI delivers Cyber Security and Information Assurance (IA) focused services to the Government and commercial markets. FSI has delivered Certification and Accreditation (C&A) efforts utilizing the Department of Defense (DoD) Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process as well as the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards. FSI currently supports the White House Communications Agency (WHCA) in identifying, examining and evaluating current and future communications and information technologies (commercial and Government-based). WHCA provides communications support to offices and agencies in support of the President of the United States.

GC Associates USA (GCA)

GCA is a SDVOSB with a Secret Level Facility Clearance. GCA provides training; exercise support; program management; requirements analysis and documentation; systems analysis; technology assessments; Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution System (PPBES) and life-cycle management; and force structure analysis and management. Clients include HQ, Department of the Army; USACE; the Program Executive Office (PEO) for Ground Combat Systems; PEO Combat Support and Combat Service Support; TRADOC centers and schools and various PEOs and program managers. GCA contracts have included strategic communications and project management support services at both the Headquarters, Department of the Army, and subordinate headquarters level. GCA is extremely proficient in strategic and operational requirements analysis, development of strategic vision and plans, documenting and implementing leadership decisions, monitoring progress against established metrics, and executing risk mitigation activities.

Innovative Solutions & Integration Strategies Corporation (I.S.I.S)

I.S.I.S is an Economically-Disadvantaged (ED) Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Seaport-e Prime with extensive experience within the Department of Defense (DoD), performing operational and systems analysis, systems integration, custom systems design and manufacture, interagency support and coordination, and program management. I.S.I.S core competencies are: (1) Program Management, (2) Studies and Analysis, (3) Professional Services, and (4) Information Technology. The CAI is a subcontractor to I.S.I.S. as a sub under its Seaport-e Prime contract. I.S.I.S. was founded in June 2010, to provide communications and information technology services to government and corporate clients. I.S.I.S.’ senior leadership possess over sixty years of combined Department of Defense (DoD) and non-DoD federal contracting experience. As proposed, our current support leverages existing I.S.I.S. and team-member presence and capabilities to provide quality support in all seven zones of the referenced solicitation and PWS. I.S.I.S. has either performed work in these zones in the past or maintains a corporate or Team Member presence in each zone, as required in the referenced solicitation.

Koniag Information Security Services, LLC (KSS)

KSS is an Alaska Native Corporation and Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) and is certified as an 8(a) by the Small Business Administration. Created in 2011, KSS provides information technology security consulting and information assurance (IA) support. KSS was created to provide extensive IA experience in performance of contracts for Government agencies, such as the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Defense Applied Research Projects Agency (DARPA). KSS focuses on delivering Cyber Security and Information Assurance (IA) focused services to the Government and commercial markets. KSS provides “total integrated security” for customers today for Federal, DOD and Intelligence Community customers through full spectrum of 24 x 7 security risk management, threat awareness and management for information technology, physical property, personnel, and operations.

Terra Ferma, Inc.

Terra Ferma is a SDVOSB and a current subcontractor on the Seaport-e contact. Terra Ferma was founded by communications and electrical engineers who pioneered self-powered communications systems for military and homeland security. Terra Ferma’s CEO served as one of the senior design engineers on the USMC Tactical Data Network Digital Distribution Suite managed by Marine Corps Systems Command. Terra Ferma develops integrated generation and communications products now utilized by first responders across the Defense and Homeland Security Spectrums to establish communications links between disadvantaged users (sensors, first responders, etc.) and higher headquarters. Terra Ferma has current contract efforts at SPAWAR Systems Atlantic (COTS COMMS/COTS ISR MAC).
